A brand new series for the Vampire Diaries. My only question is why LJ Smith can't just leave the dead alone? I shouldn't spoil the story, but if you want to kill of a character at least do it properly.
The storyline is good, a good morally defined story, the old one was getting a bit too old. I have always liked LJ Smith's writing style, but the previous books had been disappointing. I am happy to say that The Phantom has a solid storyline, and the characters have matured well.
